• Water Rates (Residential & Commercial)
  • $24.50 first 2,000 gallons
  • $11.67 per 1,000 gallons between 2,001 & 10,000 gallons
  • $11.27 per 1,000 gallons for anything over 10,001 gallons

• Water Tap Fees
  • Residential (5/8″ by 3/4″)
    • $1000 plus the cost & charge extraordinary as may be incurred by the city
  • Non-Residential (>5/8″ by 3/4″)
    • $1000 plus all costs & expenses actual & extraordinary
  • Apartment Unit
    • $1000 with costs & expenses extraordinary shall be exacted plus the added charge & fee of $300 per each apartment or apartment unit within the building or structure.

  • Transient-Commercial, Govermental & Residential-type Uses & Facilities for such uses
    • $1250 plus $350 per each room made available for occupancy/use by customers, or expected users of a hotel, motel, or term-occupant, or patient of a hospital, nursing home, or extended care facility, or daycare facility, or each room to be used as a classroom or restroom in and educational building or educational facility
